Dig Insights, a tech-enabled insights company dedicated to driving predictable brand and innovation success for clients, has announced a significant leadership transition that will pave the way for the company’s continued growth and success. Three of the four founders —Dominic Atkinson, Michael Edwards, and Ian Ash — will be stepping back from their day-to-day roles within the business. All three founders will stay on as owners and continue to act as consultants to the broader business. This transition marks a moment to celebrate their incredible contributions over the past 15 years and to look forward to the bright future that lies ahead for Dig Insights.
This leadership change is an intentional decision to drive sustained long-term growth for Dig. Atkinson, Edwards, and Ash are confident that now is the right time to step back from daily business, knowing that the team and business are poised to take on new heights.

In response to these changes, Dig Insights is elevating from within. Marcie Connan, an Executive Vice President with 12 years at Dig Insights, will lead research excellence for the organization, while Executive Vice President Kevin Hare, who has been with Dig Insights for 9 years, will spearhead client growth and global adoption of their technology platform, Upsiide.
Additionally, four consulting Vice Presidents—Kathleen Coll, Razvan Rosu, Lesley Sloggett, and Julien Naggar—are being promoted to a newly formed role of Senior Vice President. Each Senior VP will lead their own consulting teams to drive best-in-class research outcomes for clients. This transition is a continued step in driving expansion for Dig Insights with existing clients and increasing exposure with new clients.
