Human8 Announces Appointment of Asha Pope as People & Culture Director in the U.S.

Human8, a global marketing insights consultancy, has announced the appointment of Asha Pope as the new People & Culture Director for its U.S. operations. Pope brings a decade of extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, having previously held leadership roles at Dutchie and Rapid Finance.

 

In her new role at Human8, Pope will focus on driving engagement and culture-building initiatives across the company's US teams. She will be responsible for workforce planning, career frameworks, and talent reviews, with a commitment to developing and enabling leaders within the organization.

 

Pope's background includes the design and implementation of performance management frameworks and the launch of leadership development programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
