Veridata Insights Restructures Qualitative Research Division

Global market research firm Veridata Insights announced the restructuring of its Qualitative Research Division to further enhance its renowned "white-glove customer service." This strategic move reflects Veridata’s commitment to delivering unmatched service and tailored research solutions to clients across the globe.
 

As part of this initiative, Veridata Insights recognizes the exceptional talents of two team members, Heidi Palacios and Leyla Akin (pictured from left to right), by promoting them to the role of Director of Global Qualitative Solutions. Both Heidi and Leyla bring unparalleled expertise, leadership, and dedication to their new positions, ensuring clients continue to receive innovative and personalized qualitative research services.
 

Under the leadership of Qualitative Research Division President Katie Ozdemir, Veridata’s qualitative division has consistently grown each year and looks to continue that trajectory through 2025.
